I've owned a few versions of this machine- from the basic model to the pet pro heat versions and this one is hands down the best! Even up against the more expensive models Bissel offers! Suction is great and the "heat pro" option makes no difference if you're doing a job that requires multiple fills and empties.The only fear I have is with how flimsy the hose is (nice for awkward angles) but we'll see how it holds up over time. But so far, will repeat buy if ever needed.

Great little machine!

It's amazing to see this little dynamo clean up even old stains on our carpet!  It's really a worth while purchase.  I only wish I'd purchased it sooner!  Thank you!

A product that works

I’ve purchased two of these - one as a gift. It works well. Is more powerful than it looks. HOWEVER, ordering cleaning solution is so difficult that I still have not succeeded.

I have cats & children. This carpet cleaner has been great at getting out many spots on my carpet & area rugs. I like it because it's easy to carry from room to room.

Works great, easy to carry

Love this machine. I owned one a few years ago and regrettably sold it and missed having it so bought it again! Easy to use and easy to store. Only complaint is it can be hard to clean the wand as there are little crevices that dirt can get trapped in

A must have

to take care of unexpected cat vomit & to clean up after a sloppy husband. This green machine saved me on Christmas Eve. Thankfully it was a couple hours before our family arrived. I highly recommend ALL Bissell products. They have never let me down & I've been a customer for decades. Thanks Bissell Family.  I hope you all have a wonderful Holiday/Christmas.

Perfect spot cleaner

I have 4 cats!  They like to make my life interesting. It is imperative lights gets turned on when going from room to room. One or more leaves their regurgitate food throughout. 
The little green machine makes it easy to thoroughly clean up the mess. Pulls it all out of the carpet, leaving no stain!  It is even great on the bed!

Clean as new!

It is decent enough. It gets the job done. I got it for the mattress and upholstery. There was a sweat stain on the mattress (because our mattress cover/protector sucks, apparently). The worst of the stain seems to be lifted out. The stains on my kitchen chair fabrics seem to be lifted out too. So it does the job. I just wish it had a little more sucking power (to help the drying process be a little quicker). But so far it does what I got it for. I have carpet cleaner/shampooer and that one is more powerful, but I can’t use it on mattresses or upholstery. So it does what I needed it to do. If you’re looking for stain removal, the spot cleaning solution is what makes the difference. I got this because it was the cheapest one on sale, to be honest (and needed to get the job done ASAP). Though if I had time I would have gone up to a more efficient model (and just buy the cleaning solution. Though most give you a trial sized bottle of the solution in the box. But I don’t know if the next model up has a more powerful suction or not. So I guess I would have to research to see which vacuums are the best for that. My point being that whatever brand or model you get, it’s the solution that makes the difference in taking out the stains). But for the mostpart, it does the job well enough and it does what it’s supposed to do.

Ok, but wish it was a little more powerful

Unit works pretty well. I have so far used it on a huge stain I had on a mattress (now about 95% of the stain gone) and, have used it on a full sectional and also worked nicely. 3 out of 5 because the unit gets heated after about 2 mins of use and the fact that the dirt collector can't be disassembled to thoroughly wash is a problem. All you do is rinse and pour and the gasket to also rinse. It'll be great if that green valve piece the gasket is attached can also be removed as, overtime this will stain and might create fungus. Im just hoping this last.

Not great functionality heavy to lug but only hits really small areas. Doesn’t clean as well as I thought it would. Marketing got me excited but it is not that great and will need to buy more cleaner solution immediately. You can hit the same spot many times and it doesn’t do much.

I would not buy it again
