It is colorful and waterproof. It walks and moves like a real turtle. It moves in the water by a propeller on the back. The propeller is covered by a shield to keep you from touching it while it is spinning. The one bad thing about it is that it is a little noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an adorable little turtle toy!
 It moves just like a real turtle! I was quite impressed with it being waterproof. It was fully submerged in the bathtub, and still worked afterwards! It does it get stuck pretty easily when walking on carpet, but a simple readjustment does the trick. It is slow like a real turtle, which makes it more life like. I just love the adorable watermelon print on the shell & the pretty little lashes on it! It takes one single AAA battery. It is a bit of a battery hog. Maybe if it's not in water for long periods of time it wouldn't be. I believe it uses a lot of battery, partially because it does have a little propeller on the back of the turtle. Either way, great little toy, especially for turtle lovers like myself. My daughter was just over the moon about it! Happy Mama & daughter!

Adorable little turtle!

Couldn't get the screws out to put a battery in. Who has that little of a screwdriver? Finally tried one for glasses, but it still took over an hour to get it open, while my 5 yr. old anxiously waited to play with her toy. Lasted for only 2 weeks.

Not worth it.
