Super cute for 5 year old. Not as intuitive so you'll need to explain how your little one can heal their new pet. But even without using the battery, the animal is really cute to have and its case makes your LO feel like they've got a real pet!

The idea is great. It only moves on hard floors, and the only designated play areas in our house are carpeted so it is a small challenge. I wish it had more features for the price. I expected more from a $75 toy aside from crying sounds, rolling movement, rise and fall of limping leg and glowing cheeks.
