Playhouse was very easy to put together, less than one hour.  Had it shipped to my house and in perfect condition, no broken or missing parts.   The house walls are not as thick as the more expensive houses, but expected that.  Definitely worth buying.

Great toddler playhouse

This house is perfect for toddlers! I have a very tall 3 year old and her 4 year old cousin can fit inside with her. I added flowers to the side to add a little person touch. Quick assembly and very cute.

RECOMMEND

Both my kids love it! Got it as a birthday gift for my son! It's easy to assemble and I put it in their playroom and added their little kitchen inside it!

It's great and easy to assemble

This is perfect for my two year old daughter. She is 3'1”. Her friend (same age) comes to play in it all of the time. Both of them fit comfortably enough. It is SO easy to assemble. I am a 31 year old woman and did it all on my own. I even had my toddler with me.. “helping” of course ;) It is empty inside, meaning there is nothing to play with, but my daughter loves to bring small toys inside and open/close the windows and doors. I purchased this cottage when it was on sale. It is holding up nicely in all weather conditions so far.

Super cute cottage. This thing is lightweight and goes together super easy… took about 10 mins. The front and back are identical which I didn't realize before I ordered. (Two doors, two mail slots) I thought the back was closed so a nice surprise. 

This is a single thickness wall house (not the puffy heavy kind) of the more pricey and heavier houses. 

The only thing I don't like about it is the stickers. They are very sticky (duh) but you have to be super careful when placing as they are thin so you can't remove a section to re-stick or it will rip. Other than that this thing is great.

Super cute cottage

I ordered this as a birthday present for my almost 4 year old. I decided I wanted to paint it and add a few items to spruce it up. This house is perfect as is or to do a “makeover” on if that's what you are looking to do. We are keeping it indoors, so it's the perfect size. My daughter is going to be so happy about this gift!

Birthday present for 4 year old success

Shipping was faster than expected. But once I opened it and started assembling, I saw there were several pieces appear to be melted and deformed. This made assembly difficult by oneself. The side are grey not white either. Even thought it arrived with damage, i was able to get it together, and the kid likes it. 
I would have sent back but didn't want to deal with boxing it up nor dealing with returning and awaiting a new one to come in.

I love this product, it's easy for moms to put together on their own. So designed well for assembly. My only bone to pick is the customer service. I tried to buy in store for the same price and was forced to buy online. When I had it in my cart. Walmart should price match online to instore. I wasted my time for $50 difference.
