took about 30 minutes to open and assemble. directions were easy to understand. lightweight and easy to move around. open back with just a bar across the middle of the back of the house. didn't realize that but it's still cute and grandson loves his new "shed"

my kid loves this playhouse he loves opening and closing the windows and putting his toys on the serving bar and coming in and out the house over and over, it is sturdy and big enough for me to play with him inside. it was easy to put together and didnt take to long, it was worth the money

worth the money

I bought  this for my great grand daughter and she plays with this for hours. It is sturdy and will not tip over or fall apart. I got this for a very good price on one of your Mega sales. But even at full price I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy for their little one (s).

Little Tikes Cape Cottage Play house.

Very easy to assemble, my kids were climbing all over me though while I was assembling the item and it still didn't take long. they were SUPER excited about it for like a day... then forgot about it because they also got a swingset, trampoline, jungle gym, seesaw, scooters and such. I asked for outdoor toys for Christmas for the kids this year and they definitely have a mini park and I'm sure this little house will be used so much this summer but its cold out and they were exploring their other new things. They LOVED the window's in particular and the door. I haven't got any little flags or anything yet but I plan to and maybe even get some personalized decals for the little house. We have some lights for the swingset, I may get some for the little house too this summer so they can play anytime. I'll add photos if Walmart allows me to edit this later and add them!

Customizable, easy assembly, my kids love windows!

I highly recommend this Little Tykes Playhouse! I have been waiting for this to go on sale, and I purchased it during the Black Friday sale. My daughter had bought the red on (as pictured) and my granddaughter loves it! I wanted one for our house. This playhouse is quality built to last a long time. The Little Tykes brand is known for that! This playhouse is great for outdoor activities and inside if you have the space. Toddlers and preschool children can enjoy this playhouse. Instead of watching tv, they can be creative and use their imagination and play alone or with their friends in this playhouse. My granddaughter plays with hers outside and absolutely loves it! I think it’s definitely worth the money!

Well Built Playhouse

Grandsons love this little house. Six year old waits inside for his school bus. Good price through Walmart.

For an easy cheap play house this works. But it isn’t very heavy duty. Very lightweight and just pieces together. It would def break if a kid tried to climb up on it.

Thin and lightweight

This is basically $85 worth of junk. The one plastic door is broken. The other side of the house has some useless piece plastic obstructing the door. there is no fully open access. the kid has to crawl in. On that same side, there is a hole and another part that appears to require a piece of plastic which would function as another design component to the front entrance. It was designed for something which was left out of the box. Why? This playhouse is too big (and I paid to assemble) for me to return. I am very dissapointed in Little Tikes and its a shame that walmart is used as the clearinghouse for poor quality stuff.

.... belongs in the land of misfit toys

Item is very flimsy it arrived with a big gash in the door the door will not stay closed on it basically it's just not worth the price if the product was cheaper it might be okay

Cheap junk

We have ordered this items two individual times. 
Both times it was delivered, the shipping box was completely in tact but when we opened the boxes, both times the red door to the cottage had a hole or a slash in it. Is this why it was clearance priced? This is very disappointing since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for our granddaughter. 
I will be returning both items to our local WalMart store in Belleville and hope to get full refunds. 
I'm not sure I will try to reorder for the third time. Maybe?
