Got this for my little one for Christmas. Its like that kinetic sand stuff. Also slightly smells like vinegar for some reason. But, the kids have fun making different breakfast dishes with it.

This was even more fun than I thought it would be. You can crack the eggs and the kinetic sand comes out. You can shape a perfect dollop of whipped cream. You mix the batter and make perfect waffles. It's adorable. Best Christmas present my daughter got this year.

Didn't realize it was actually interactive play. Our daughter was super excited when she opened it. Only wish it came with extra of the play sand stuff for the waffle mix. Overall great gift for any kid.

my granddaughter and I loved this play set.  she is 5 years old.
she loved cracking the eggs.  the yellow play sand was fun inside the eggs.  you can cut the butter.  the play sand waffle mix was great!!  it makes real looking waffles.  she wanted there to be a working light on the waffle maker.
but it was great fun.  fun, creative idea.

Can't say enough about LITTLE TIKES!  I have been wondering about some of the quality of their new products compared to the ones that I still have decades later made in the90's but This product is amazing the kids spent hours with it very lifelike the quality this will last I will be able to leave it at Grandma's house for years to come I would highly recommend it great for the imagination and it makes them feel like they're actually cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new Little Tikes Creative Chef kits are absolutely adorable! My sister had ordered a couple sets to leave at our mom's house for the kids to play with when we visit and they played with them for hours. That night, I ordered all available sets for my girls to have at home. My kids and my sister's kids age range from 2-9 and they were happily playing with them. These are very similar to kinetic sand, but they held together more firmly. It reminded me like it was a cross between kinetic sand and play doh. The accessories are thick, durable, plastic and are a great quality; All super cute! It'll definitely withstand years of play. The only downside is that it does have a bit of a vinegar scent to it. But overall, it's worth overlooking and purchasing. I purchased all 8 available sets already to gift my girls for Christmas. I was afraid more people will discover these and they'll sell out or raise their price. Definitely worth purchasing!

Creative play at its best!

it's super cute.its nice to teach little ones how to cook,read%26 take turns cooking%26 preparing meals.it was fun to play with.just need more food cards%26 extra play dough stuff.to make different meals.

The waffle material didn't have a good way to preserve it after opening and there could have been more. Overall it's a definite would buy again.  My grand daughter lived it but is t using it still due to the material got hard

Need better way to store

Bought this for my four year old, she wanted it so bad. It takes 15 minutes to get everything out of the plastic and by then, she had already ripped the foods open mixed the colors together. Its like sand so it mixes and its too hard to separate. So now the butter has waffle color mixed in. Also the waffle maker barely leaves an impression in the sand and the eggs are very tough to open. She used it for less time than it took to open and now everything is mixed up and shes over it. There are a lot of pieces to this “set” but no where to put them when you are done so now I just have a ziploc bag filled with mess. I like the idea of making a specific meal but this wasnt great.

Not that great for 4 year old that mixes colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a cute idea. I was so hopeful. It all felt very cheaply made. Very very cheep plastic. The sand was super super dry. I had to add water before my kid could even play with it. Once I got the sand usable my kid did have fun with the toy. The concept is great, but the product is overall a letdown. Find a small kids, waffle maker, and use regular kinetic sand and skip this set.
