I love this playhouse, I bought it for my nieces (ages 3 and 6 1/2) for Christmas. I had shopped around on multiple websites, competitors and sites like ebay, amazon. I was looking for the biggest (tallest) outdoor playhbouse that would be big enough for my petite almost 7 year old niece. I feel as though this house is perfect for the two of them and they are constantly playing in it, and so do all of their cousins that are within the same age ranges, 4 of them fit in there at once! We LOVE the mailbox, the picket fence, and the flower pot on the door because we can actually plant REAL flowers in there which is ideal since they live in Florida and can grow flowers all year round! This product definitely exceeded my expectations and I am the "best auntie ever" for getting this playhouse for my little girls! It is sturdy and will be used for years to come! Very satisfied and highly recommended by me, building it was simple but took about 2 hours, which we expected! Love it!

Very good playhouse for the price. Took me about 2 hours to put together (he was trying to play in it at the same time!).

My one year old loves it!

I bought this for my son who is 4 but my daughter who is 6 can play in it comfortably. The setup was not too difficult but use a drill since it doesn't have all of the holes.

Adorable

Bought this for our 2-yr old granddaughter, very happy with it. We knew this was a smaller playhouse but feels bigger for older siblings since it is an "open concept" design. Love that it has cooking area and tool box area, mailbox and fenceposts they can toy with, planters they can actually plant in, and a small chair fits in there too.

Easy to put together, not flimsy, very happy with purchase.

GREAT FOR 2-8

The Playhouse was overall easy to put together if you have the right tools. You have to drill some of your own holes and then put the screws in. It took me about 45 minutes to put together by myself with the right tools, if you don't have the right tools it would be very frustrating, but my son would not stay out of this birthday present once I got it put together. If you are planning to purchase it, be sure you have a drill with a small drill bit to drill holes for the screws and then use the drill to drill in the screws, then it is easy! As for my kid, like I said he just will not stay out of it and has been 6 days, so that is worth it to me!!!

Great playhouse for the value.

PROS: House came in a timely manner especially since the world is on hold right now. It wasn't a huge project to put together and is sturdy, colorful plastic. Held together with plenty of screws and the instructions were clear. Since the holes are not pre drilled, I would not assemble without a cordless drill. Lots of twists with a manual screwdriver! And get a rubber mallet to make sure the pieces are seated well.
CONS: Minor things like the mail box door keeps flopping open and the water table has 2 wells to play in. But only one side has a drain plug, so to empty the other side you need to bail it out. No major problem but it could have been a simple fix at the factory. Oh, one other thing. Make sure you look IN all the major pieces for the bagged small parts and screws. They are packed in the walls, roof panels, etc. Spent a half an hour cussing about missing parts and found them inside the roof! My fault not theirs!

My Granddaughter loves it and your kids will too!!

Met our expectations. Pretty small inside, but our 3 year old loves it. She really enjoys playing with the water/sand table connected on the outside. Would like to find some small stools to put inside the house. Fairly easy to assemble. Happy with the product and wish we had gotten it even earlier.

Great house for a young child.

Fairly easy to put together. Took mt adult son about 45 min. Lots of things to do. Water and sand play. Tiny sink. Phone. Play nails to hammer in, play bolts to take pickets on and off, fun half door. Mailbox that my grand daughter Loves to play with. Open air design do it stays cool inside. The only flaw I see is that the mailbox does not have a back and the mail falls right out. I added a cardboard back and taped it in place.

Lots to do in this playhouse.

When the house is put together it's great! Not amazing but good. The top water covers the water table doesn't actually click so it's kinda pointless. But kids love it so it's good! However the putting it together is AWFUL. Make sure you have a drill! To make like easier pre drill holes! As others stated nothing label but it's not nearly as bad you can pretty much guess which part is which.

Great after built

The parts of the Little Tikes Playhouse came completely loose in a huge box. No organized packaging whatsoever. It also was dirty, as if it was used or a returned item. When putting the roof together ther is a gap and doesnt fit completely together. There were also other spots that were suppose to be "put together" and didnt have an indentation for the drill marks. If I didnt need this for my 3 yr olds bday i would definitely have returned it

Unhappy with Little Tikes Deluxe Playhouse
