I was presently surprised by the scent of this shampoo. I was expecting at least a vinegar undertone, but the smell is a subtle sweet apple. It foams well and washes clean. You cant beat the price and quality of this product! I have curly hair! Love apple cider vinigar as a wash so i wanted to try to find a shamppoo combo- i had tried other apple cider shampoos that were not good, but i saw the price and was willing to try just one more time... i am so glad i did! I only wash my hair 1-2 times a week so i dont how “drying” it would be for an every day wash. I do know that my hair was muuuuch less frizzy than even normal shapoo days. There is definitely a moisturizing agent with the shampoo. It lathers well and i only need a small amount. I get migraines at most scents and fragrances but this just has a light apple-y smell that washes out while still leaving the hair smelling a soft clean. No mirgrains from the scent, less frizz, clean shine! I would buy this again!!

I was really excited to try this product. I like the fact that it was plant based which is great for my hair. I also like that it had organic botanical in the shampoo. There are just so many positives about live clean's Apple Cider detox shampoo that I would wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone. It really doesn't hurt anyone at all since it's vegan and even the packaging is eco-friendly and biodegradable!! My mom and I especially will definitely use this in our daily hair hygiene regimen due to its natural, plant based ingredients and that is because we're extremely sensitive to ingredients in everyday products that usually have hidden chemicals which irritate our bodies, hence why we lean toward anything organic. Now one of my favorite things about the Apple Cider detox shampoo is actually the smell! It literally smells like fresh picked apples. It's astounding that it's 98% derived from plants so I doubt the fragrance is artificially created. I also love how my hair feels and looks after the shower. It's touted as a detox shampoo and it does just that! The apple cider vinegar is what pulls away dull residue and the chamomile as well as the sunflower seed oil is what gives back my hair its shine and moisture. Crisp and Clean, Apple-ly Goodness!

I also use a lot of dry shampoo and this product really removes any product buildup on my scalp. Smells a little like apples but not too fragranced. Highly recommend!

I have more of a dry scalp, so i use this every other time i wash my hair but it leaves you hair nice and light without being dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using Live Cleans Apple cider detox shampoo . The scent was not overwhelming but a nice clean realist apple scent . This shampoo left my hair  feeling clean .I received this in a voxbox .

In recent years, I have been trying focus avoiding estrogenic chemicals (look it up, please!) in shampoos. Generally that opts for better ingredients, no parabens/sulfates/fragrance, etc. This shampoo does tick some of those boxes and is much more affordable than competing brands. I think it's a great affordable stepping stone if you want to start pulling away from certain chemicals. While I generally avoid scents, fragrance is nice and actually lingers after getting out of the shower. I'll continue to use it and likely buy the conditioner to have in hand as well. Cheaper alternative if looking to avoid chemicals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is one that I would use very sparingly because of how drying it is on my hair. I love the fact that they use ACV but it was too drying for my natural curls. This is something I'd recommend for someone with less coarse and more straight textured hair for sure.
