You cant beat the price and quality of this product! I have curly hair! Love apple cider vinigar as a wash so i wanted to try to find a shamppoo combo- i had tried other apple cider shampoos that were not good, but i saw the price and was willing to try just one more time... i am so glad i did! I only wash my hair 1-2 times a week so i dont how “drying” it would be for an every day wash. I do know that my hair was muuuuch less frizzy than even normal shapoo days. There is definitely a moisturizing agent with the shampoo. It lathers well and i only need a small amount. I get migraines at most scents and fragrances but this just has a light apple-y smell that washes out while still leaving the hair smelling a soft clean. No mirgrains from the scent, less frizz, clean shine! I would buy this again!!

I was presently surprised by the scent of this shampoo. I was expecting at least a vinegar undertone, but the smell is a subtle sweet apple. It foams well and washes clean. Cleans without over drying

I was very happy with this product! The apple smell is very pleasant and does not have any of the harshness of vinegar's odor. Not only did it smell nice to shower with, I could smell it in my hair even afterward. I generally have very oily hair, and was pleased with the way this shampoo took care of the oil without overdrying it. Lastly, I appreciate that it is free of phthalates and parabens, and it seems to be very reasonable priced compared to other shampoos with similarly natural ingredients. Very pleased with the shampoo!

I tried this product because it was something new to me and I liked what I read about it. The label states it is 98% plant derived, paravento free, SLS free, and phthalates free. The shampoo smells like a fresh apple. It really smells good enough to eat, but you have to remember it is shampoo. I only needed a small amount, about a quarter size for a great lather. The shampoo lathered quickly and rinsed our of my hair easily. The scent lingered after my hair dried. It left my hair feeling very clean and light without feeling any heavy feeling. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok...so to be honest I really didn't think I'd like this product. I have really thick, curly hair and as a hairstylist I tend to be a bit picky. First of all don't be mislead by the “detox” wording. It definitely cleanses but does not strip away moisture at all. This shampoo is extremely moisturizing and has a great lather. It has a very light and clean smell, nothing overwhelming at all. I'm blown away by how much I love it! Definitely recommend!

I do have semipermanent hair dye in and it helps to safely strip the color without any harsh chemicals. My only criticism is that it doesn't leave my hair smelling like delicious apples, once I wash the shampoo out the scent goes with it.

I have hard water at my house, so my dull, lifeless hair really needed a detox from all the mineral buildup. I've been using this every other wash or so, and my hair definitely feels silkier and looks shinier than before! Keep in mind, it is a clarifying/detoxing shampoo, so your hair will feel squeaky clean afterwards (almost to the point of feeling stripped), but this goes away after applying conditioner.

Decent low cost shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is one that I would use very sparingly because of how drying it is on my hair. I love the fact that they use ACV but it was too drying for my natural curls. This is something I'd recommend for someone with less coarse and more straight textured hair for sure.
