1st of all let me point out that there are no directions on how to use this product.  Not that it's rocket science, it was to be used how I assumed.  I googled it, watched videos, and then used the product.  It did nothing.  No additional volume, no shine, and still just as frizzy as it always is.  I really should have known.  When I was looking into this product I watched a video of a before and after, and you could tell they had cut her hair for the after look.  The before picture her hair was one length, and the after picture she had layers.  Perhaps it works better for fine hair and not for course hair, but it's advertised for all types of hair.

Just don't!
