The ability to use a fingerprint to unlock the door is what I like the most.  Secondly the automatic locking feature is great.  I no longer have to be concerned if the door is left unlocked when I leave.  However, it would be nice if the automatic locking feature could be disabled.  It offers many features I have not taken advantage of yet, such as a temporary access code.  I had a locksmith install it although after watching the locksmith do the install, I would probably install the next one myself.  Overall I am very happy with this lock.and would not hesitate recommending it to a friend.

Lockly is a company with a great product. IAs an engineer I researched many door locks before I bought the secure plus deadbolt.  The most impressive feature is the finger print scanner.  It's quick and accurate.  We never use our phone to unlock the door because the finger print scanner is so quick.  
They also stand behind their product. I had a screen go bad because of extreme exposure to sunlight. Lockly replaced the lock without making me jump through hoops and provided me a free screen visor to protect the screen.  We were so impressed with the lock and customer service, we bought another one for our rental property.  I definitely recommend buying this lock. Nothing else on the market works as well.

Best secured features and company

I got the new upgraded fingerprint ready and wifi ready lock .
I am trully soeaking thr facts, took me just 5 minutes to install and the fingerprint feature 1 minute and works exellent no issues paring my wifi it was Immediate, make sure you are familiar with your internet and how to pair, many people trully get frustated with any smart locks, Lockly staff are super friendly and follow up with you they are amazing.

No Better lock on the market!!!

The feature of the fingerprint and a multi number switching is the reason why I bought the lockley but I will say this by the laclede from the original lockley site you buy from anywhere else you can possibly get a open box which probably was switched out for parts buy from the website..

Very good product to buy!!!!

This lock is amazing. We needed it for our pantry to keep our youngest safe from food as she has Prader-willi Syndrome that causes her to feel starving hungry all of the time.  It has been such a relief to have it. I especially love that it automatically locks 5 seconds (which is adjustable) after its opened. I never have to worry that it didn't get locked.  It has been perfect for us.

Exactly what we needed

Not sure why anyone would have trouble installing as it is rather simple even for a novice like me. I use fingerprint to unlock 99% of the time and it works great so far if my fingers are clean. 

My only minor complaint is that it's too easy to accidentally switch on the privacy or do not disturb switch. Was really confusing when the screen would just flash the ok sign and not activate.

Simple install and works great!

We have been customers for the past five years. All 5 of our entry doors are now secured with Lockly locks. Their security and convenience of the system is second to none. Their customer service team is prompt and accommodating. Several of our neighbors and friends have also purchased the locks after seeing them on our place.

Great features has several ways you can program to enter. Logs everyone who accesses the lock. Customer Support is helpful in troubleshooting

Versatile

We have been very satisfied with our lockly installation. In our commercial setting we have installed 7 locks both in exterior and interior settings. We own a mixed use building with retail, coworking and Airbnb business so many use cases were presented and all addressed. Our only challenge has been the locka installed on the retail doors. We can not get the auto lock feature to remain disabled. This has been a significant problem.

Very pleased... one concern

I bought the original lock not quite a year ago. It worked great for 11 months then started to beep so I changed the batteries. The lock then continued to beep, stopped scanning fingerprints and consumed batteries completely every 2 weeks. After reaching out to Lockley for warranty, I tried updating the firmware 2x, checked the cable inside and put in fresh batteries. Still wouldn't scan, had to use the keypad or key to open. Lockley did replace but I had to pay 50% of the new lock cost up front as a deposit until they received my old lock. 
New lock is working fine for now but has been installed 4 weeks. Time will tell!
