Lodge is the only cast iron I will buy since the older generation of cast iron if not past down thru the families is gone, it's hard to find great cast iron. Not anymore! Lodge came  heavy, pre seasoned, high heat means open fires, corn bread not sticking , you name it and it will be passed down for generations! Thank you Lodge for keeping a great tradition company and Values up! Southern cooks depend on Cast Iron ( Quality)

Great product for great price....perfect for quick cornbread cakes.  Great size for that weekend camping trip with your favorite boy/girl scout.  Keep an extra in the car trunk for making smores on the beach.  Easy to clean with a few drops of cooking oil and a paper towel.  Heritage counts ...a forever pan !

Cast iron for your heirs and making memories.

I  love this little cast iron skillet. It is just the perfect and size for the single person. The added plus is that you get some iron when cooking with it.

Perfect Pan for Singles

This is a nice sized stovetop skillet for small meals or grilled sandwiches. It's a little heavy for backpacking, but not for a chuckbox. Great for eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches and such.

Agreat small sized skillet

Just leave it on the stove top, with olive oil in it, then turn to high heat for a few minutes, then crack the egg into it, cover it wait flip take out and enjoy.  The pan stayed clean so add a few drops of olive oil and use again tomorrow.  Use Eculution lid sold by Walmart.

My breakfast egg pan

This Lodge 6.25” pan is just the right size and weight for me to use and perfect for cooking eggs over easy. The label includes instructions for cleaning and storing which helps to understand how to take good care of it. Lodge is a well known and highly regarded brand for cast iron cookware, I'm grateful that Walmart carries a variety of their products in store.

This little cast iron pan is really good size for cooking for one person.  I like to cook scrambled eggs, burger, pork chops in it, it is used daily.   It heats up very quickly and is a great way to get more iron into my diet.  It will go on camping trips too.

Great little cast iron pan for cooking for one

I am single so this is the perfect size skillet for my breakfast for 1. The pre-seasoned feature is helpful but not the same as the non-stick chemical surfaces we have grown accustomed to. The pre-seasoning never scratches off and the non-stick surface dramatically improves over the first 10 uses.

I got the pan on sale for like $20 less than what it usually goes for. It had a minor defect on the edge top part where it looked like it got a little rough around the edges. Only on a small section of it, which it I don't even notice. Overall you can't go wrong with cast iron. I know this heavy duty pan that weighs a literal ton will last forever, with the proper maintenance. And cooking on it is a breeze, nonstick already pre-seasoned. The thing is bulletproof as long as you do your research and do the maintenance, it will outlast the test of time.

Bullet proof

The quality is there because it's a Lodge cast iron, but this pan is TINY.  It was my mistake, I admit, but was kinda shocked when I received it. Might be good for an egg but you can't use it to fry anything - it is just way too small. I returned it with no problems and will get a bigger size.

Good Quality, TINY Size

Lodge used to be a high quality cast skillet maker.  The cooking surface of the skillets sold now are as rough as an asphalt road.  There is NO WAY one can fry an egg on it and NOT have it stick to the bottom of the skillet.  Also Lodge claims the skillets are seasoned; if so, not very well.  I suggest that you check the skillet out carefully before spending your money on it.
