Had this doing double duty the first day I used it. Sourdough bread in the morning and Beef Barley Soup in the afternoon. Did an excellent job. 
My only disappointment was to see Kroger come out with a terrific sale of $30 off only a week after purchasing mine. Ugh!!

this is my go-to wedding gift. An excellent pot for soups and for braising in the oven. I've had my Lodge pot for 10 years! So great to find teal for this new couple.

When I was looking for a cast iron Dutch oven I had to go with lodge because 
1. It's beautiful 
2. Is American made 
3. I could order on line
Easy! I love it and it was a good choice

Love USA made products

Have used it a couple of times. Some reviews talk about chipping, so I plan to take care with it, but it is easier to take care of than non coated cast iron

Been wanting one a long time

I have used enameled cast iron before, so this was not a surprise. Love to use it for soups, which I make every week in cooler weather. Beautiful color, beautiful pot. Good price

Excellent

I really like this Dutch oven. It's solid, but not too heavy. The "lagoon" color really pops. Food cooks evenly once it has heated, and it seems nearly as good as my Teflon pans for sticking. My only criticism is that I got a bit of rust on the lip of the oven and the lid, where it is supposed to be covered in rough enamel. I seasoned the edges with flax seed oil, and that should take care of it.

Good overall, but edges need seasoning.

Great bang for your buck. Surface area for cooking is smaller than I would prefer, but for the price it's WORTH IT! The color, however, is much more blue than the pictures show. I first ordered Sage (photos appeared green) and when it arrived it was more of a blue shade. I returned it and got a new color (lagoon) which appeared to be an emerald green in the photos but when it arrive, it was a deep blueish/green. I actually ended up liking the color for lagoon when it arrived (thank god because I didn't want to make another return). But just FYI the colors don't quite match the stock photos on the website- not a huge deal at all because walmart does free/easy returns.
