This brush is very well made. The handle is sturdy and so are the bristles.  With a lot of hot water and a good brush like this, you can remove just about anything.  This brush has some weight to it and should last quite a long time.

It's money well spent.

If you cook with cast iron you need this.   It is perfect for scrubbing away spots where meat or sugar based items stick to the slillet.  It also works well on wire baskets.   

The only negitive i have found is if something is putting pressure on the brissles while drying they will have a long lasting to eternal bend in them.

Love it. Like I said . It holds a lot. It's definitely a farmhouse look if that's what you're going for.

I bought one of these a few years ago and decided to replace it because the brush and handle separated after 4 years of regular use. Within 2 weeks the brush part of the new one broke. It was just sitting in the brush holder next to the sink, after not being used for a few days. Heard a noise and the top half of the black brush part had fallen off in a mess of crumbled black plastic and a pile of bristles. Almost like it exploded. It was late at night so it didn't occur to my partner and I to save it to send back for a replacement or take pictures, it just went in the trash. The one I bought in 2022 was just fine until the handle and brush separated. Not sure if I want a replacement at this point.

Brush fell apart in 2 weeks

Brush completely fell apart. The plastic holding the bristles disintegrated after 1 hand washing!

Piece of Crap

I have used this brush about 4 times and it has broken where the wood meets the plastic part of the brush.   Not sturdy at all...

Waste of Money!!

Head separated from the handle quickly.  The plastic head split and bristles started falling out.  Bristles were softer than expected.  I expected more from Lodge.

Poor quality product

Due to a manufacturing defect, the black plastic head fractured rendering the brush inoperable.  I've had two brushes previously so I think this is a rare issue. Not worth the hassle of returning so I'm just ordering another one. But I might try a different vendor in the hope of getting a brush from a different manufacturing batch.

It broke. But I still like it.

I had the brush for less than 1 week and it totally fell apart sitting on the kitchen counter.  Bristles everywhere!
