My previous pair broke, but I used them daily for work and recreation so they received a ton of use   I researched other headphones and decided to get the same ones again . They have great sound, are very comfortable and I still think they are a great value and choice. I do recommend these headphones.

the top of the headphones tends to creak with movement, which can be quite annoying, though it isn't such a problem that I would need to send them back.  It's an issue that can be dealt with, but it can be irritating at times.

OK, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ...

They worked great and were super for a few months. Now, though, my right channel constantly dies, I have to change settings for the headset and microphones on my computer and back to get to them to work. The microphone has auto mute when the boom is up, has recently started not unmuting when all the above issues started. I have to flip up and back down to usually get it to work. Lastly, when I turn them on, they don&#x27;t always power up. Sometime I get them to using the power switch, but many times I have to plug them in to get them to work. Seems to have started a short bit ago when I have updates for the software.

Worked Great For A Few Months

As a lot of other reviews have pointed out, this headset suffers from a major design problem in the switch. Essentially the power switch not only controls power to the headset, but also controls all(or most) of the data pins. Because of this, any tiny pieces of debris that find their way into the switch cause the headset to behave erratically. This causes you to have to fiddle with the switch to get it into the perfect position to get audio. There are fixes for this that involve taking the headset apart and cleaning the switch, but these are temporary solutions at best, as a couple months down the line you&#x27;ll be experiencing the issue again.
