Was actually thinking I was going to get a bluetooth (my stupidity), but the little dongle thing works easy enough. Plugged it into my Samsung QLED tv and that was it. No setup or searching for anything. Flipped the switch and it worked. Actually glad I didn't get bluetooth.

It is an excellent wireless keyboard.  It works well and connects with the USB dongle.  The keyboard does not use Bluetooth. Also, the keyboard is not backlit.  It uses AA batteries and the batteries last a very long time -- for months and mine are still going and I have never had to replace them.

Excellent wireless keyboard

picked this up for my pc thats connected to the tv. I use it for basic navigating and I really wouldnt enjoy using it for anything more than that. it works, its light, if you have an htpc this will do.

The first one that I bought in 2017 finally died and, after looking at other ones, decided to buy another K400. I use it for my computer that is hooked up to my tv in the living room. The old one had falllen on the carpet several tumes over the years so I bought another because of its good track record.

My second one

It's the perfect size and it has an on/off switch so it doesn't drain the batteries as fast if you're not using it. My puppy has accidentally jumped on and stood on it for a few seconds and it hasn't damaged it at all so it is really sturdily built. Great product and value!

Really pleased would buy again

Item works great- the touchpad can be a bit flakey, but I expected that for a wireless keyboard. I run Linux, and I was concerned that this keyboard might not be compatible with the operating system, but no- it just showed up as soon as I turned it on. (Yes, there is a very tiny power switch!)

But don't pay this item off the shelf- buy it online for in-store pickup. It's $10 more off the shelf. If you buy it online, you'll save money.

the weight alone kind of felt like it was cheaply made.. (it is) but the ease of use, price for the product, and it works flawlessly I would recommend to anybody

My only issue with this keyboard is that they trackpad is inverted compared to a typical trackpad. In the case of Windows, you have to go into the registry to invert it.

Good value for the money.

It has no scroll wheel and using two fingers rarely works and when it does it is unpredictable - making this keyboard almost useless. I really wanted to like it but now it just collects dust as I consistently found myself having  to set it down and just use the wired keyboard and mouse. If all you need to do it type then it should suit you just fine but it essentially has no scroll capabilities.

While it has keys that are intended for media it isn't made to connect with most media devices. (No bluetooth) Also the touchpad is jerky when using scroll mode (2 fingers).

Not really a media keyboard

This product is NOT what I was looking for, VERY difficult to use the mouse. Requested a RETURN / REFUND and was told this item is not eligible . So now I am stuck with a $35 keyboard I cannot use :(
