Use them daily for work. They sound great. I sound great. I can walk around the entire house, even outside while on a call. Worth the money.

This headset might actually sound better... and it has terrific range.

I'm really blown away by the audio quality both outgoing and incoming.

If you need a wireless headset for your computer, this is it.

Outstanding Headset!

I'm on calls all day.
The headset is light but sturdy & blocks majority of background noise. Peers say my voice comes thru clear.

This wireless headset has very good range, better than any bluetooth and reception is very good.  It works well with the CISCO IP phone software.  The only bad is can not distinguish between Skype for business and the CISCO IP phone, so I have to have the SKYPE not running for it to work with just the CISCO IP phone.   If I have both running at the same time, then I can't use the remote answering of the headset and it wants to use SKYPE to make phone calls, when I use the button on the headset to answer calls on my CISCO IP phone.  There is just no software support to separate the  two.  Other than that I love the ability to go outside without any interference of signal.

Headset review

The headphone I received had an issue with charging when I put it on the cradle.  It worked, but I had to dock it 2 or 3 times to get the charge light to come on.  

However, Logitech is sending out a new unit under warranty with no hassle at all.

Good Product with Excellent Warranty

Ordered because my H600 Microphone was getting week (2 years old). Surprised at the low sound quality for the price of this unit, higher than most. Sounded quite "tinny".  Also, no OFF switch.  Unit stays on 24/7 draining the battery requiring it be to stored in the charge cradle. Suspect this will effect the battery in short order.  Went back to my older H600 for now, much better sound quality.  Will order the H800, suspect that will work well.

very hard to set up. maybe its the laptop or maybe it is me but I was able to make them work once and then the next day no luck. I can gear the person in the other end but they cant hear me and the mike is not muted. I lost the box so cant return them so lets see. back to my head set with wire.

Wire less

I think it is probably a good headset when I get my replacement from Logitech. The drivers wont load. Maybe Walmart has old stock & the device drivers are outdated & that is why you sell it cheap? Because IT DOESN'T WORK! I have already spent 2 hours in 2 different sessions with Logitech tech support & another hour with my work IT support. I took a chance on buying something like this from walmart , but any savings is not worth the hassle it has been. Won't make that mistake again.

walmart sent defective headset

Ordered 12 for staff, they all broke quickly under light use. AVOID

We bought 12 of these headsets for our staff, and they ALL broke quickly under light use.  Logitech honored the warranty for some, but not all, and the replacements also broke almost immediately.

There is a super-thin piece of plastic that holds the earpiece to the boom, and it breaks easily and quickly under normal use.  Once it breaks, the earpiece dangles from the wires.  It is very difficult to keep the headset on after it breaks, and it is difficult to charge because the charger stand connects to the earpiece.

Also, a separate issue is that the mute button on the boom falls out, and subsequently does not work.  We have had at least one of these two issues on all 12 of these headsets, and most have had both issues.

Logitech bases their warranty on the date of manufacture, not on the date of purchase, so some our our warranties were honored, but many were not.  The process seems arbitrary, and Logitech recommends buying a new headset (haha).

Until recently, we have purchased all wireless products through Logitech.  Based on our experience, I strongly recommend against buying any wireless headsets from Logitech.
