I did not know what size I needed or the brand of my office chair. The 2 different sizes worked out great, the bigger one is the perfect fit

Works like the most expensive casters you can find. It's 2 sizes of stem choices make this a great buy.

Excellent replacement, saved a bunch of money by using these castors and not having to replace entire chair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wheels are easy to assemble and place. They cannot, however, be blocked.

Almost perfect

This appears to be a good quality product although it did not meet my needs.  I was replacing casters on an office chair that was purchased overseas.  Possibly the metric system got in the way as the holes in the casters were a bit too small to fit my chair.  They did roll smoothly as I tested on the floor.
