My item arrived damaged as well.  The damage on mine is 2-4 very small dents and aren't visible unless you check around it very carefully (which I did after reading the last review).  The item seems to be packaged well, so I'm not sure how they can prevent this.  My item is still perfectly usable, looks great, and suits my filing/storage needs.

Nice Cabinet, but wasn't as sturdy as we expected.

File Cabinet

This arrived damaged.  I didn't even have to take out of the box to know that it was damaged. The whole drawer at the top was  bent in. The size was perfect for my needs and it appeared to be a stronger metal however it still arrived damaged.  I'm not taking the chance by ordering online again. I will purchase in the store to be certain of an undamaged product.
