Purchased for a friend that recently under went dental surgery.  Has worked very well in providing pain relief.  Used for both hot and cold..

I have been dealing with TMJ jaw pain for a long time. I wanted to try the ice packs and the pain has gone down. I'm going to a TMJ Dr and this will help me for now thank you so much.

Reduce TMJ Jaw Pain

I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed & ordered this ahead of time in order to keep my face iced, as per the doctor's instructions. It has worked wonderfully!  It was very easy to freeze 2 packs while using 2 on my face & trade them out as needed. So much more convenient than having to hold ice against my face, especially at night while sleeping.  I think it helped a lot in my recovery & reducing swelling.  It is just what I was hoping for when I ordered it. I highly recommend using it if one needs dental extractions. And, incidentally, it arrived very quickly. Much quicker than I was originally told.

Very helpful & handy

I bought this for a sudden resurgence of extreme TMJ pain. I could hardly open my mouth to eat and I needed something that I didn't have to hold to my face continuously. 

The quality of this is much better than the cheesy, expensive ones that you can get at the drug store. My only isssue is, that it is too large and hard to velcro on my head. I'm not entirely sure if this is because it is way too big or that my head is too small lol. Either way, it is too big for my head and a minor issue. I will have to add more velcro to the top to secure it better. Other than that I like it very much although I will warn that 30seconds is much too hot to put directly against your face without a thin towel or something in between. 20 seconds seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Good Quality

The cold gel works wonders. I found the the direction for the warm gel needed adjustment for my microwave, but it did work well. Just make the pad slightly hotter than warm, because warm did not last as long. If you made it more to the hot side you would get closer to 20 minutes of therapy.

This is great for wisdom teeth removal! It comes with 4 gel packs so you will always have a cold/warm pack ready to go. My only issue was that sometimes the little notch under your chin would push against my throat and it felt like it was choking you. Also, I would suggest washing it after a few days or it gets itchy.

Nice purchase for wisdom teeth removal

Works ok does not hold heat but I got my wisdom teeth out and it did the job. It needs to be freezed for 3-4 hours to stay cold for more then an hour.

This barely Velcro close to my head. I believe I could have made my own to fit better. I dont have a big head or face. It seems to be bulky not to simple.
