very pigmented but when by mistake you rubb ypur eyes it will be so messy

I bought this because it said it was waterproof. It's smuge proof, and as soon as water touches it... poof its removed!

When it dried it looks awful ! Started to crack ????

It acts like you're paining on oil. It spreads itself out of the line you create, and the black looks brown. All in all; a failure of a product.
