Price

For the price and free shipping this ladder is OK. I have an old 6ft wood ladder that is getting kind of shaky and a 12 ft wood ladder that in my old age I can't really lift anymore. Home depot charges $90 to deliver a ladder. This one is light enough to carry around. It is not heavy duty but for the home owner who uses it occasionally, I think it is excellent. I used it to take the leaves out of the lower gutters (the higher ones have gutter guards). It was much better than my 6 foot ladder since I got up higher making the job easier and faster. and i didn't dirty the gutters with mud by touching them to steady myself while going down. I will use it to repair a crack in a wall under a cathedral ceiling,  Otherwise, I will still use the 6 foot ladder inside. I will use it to do some panting on the outside of the house in the Spring. I would not recommend this ladder for a professional with heavy use but I recommend it for a homeowner. Once you get on it it is very steady.

Excellent Value on Ladders

This ladder is just what I needed to hang chandeliers up for my wife in our home. The price was great too!!

Awesome product and price

Sturdy, Lightweight, and tall!  We're all in the 200 lb range, and everyone felt safe climbing it.  It gets you pretty high up, and it feels stable, even at the top. We had a collapsible ladder, and it was always a pain to set up/take down, and it weighed so much no one ever wanted to use it. 

This is MUCH lighter, and so much easier to use. We have a short ladder, for easy reach stuff, but with our new house, the super high ceilings make it tough to even change a light-bulb, so we needed something light and tall, so we could actually lift it. Goodbye to that 2-ton collapsible ladder. 

Only downsides are that it is tough to navigate doors/halls, and you have to store it sideways, because it's so tall.  Think about where you'll store it, then decide.

Sturdy, Lightweight, and tall!

Ordered this ladder online through Walmart.  It came when it was supposed to,  I picked it up from store. I didn't realize until I got home that one of the feet was bent back. My husband was able to fix it. Probably happened  during shipping.  It is light wait, easy to move around.  It holds me up fine, 135 pounds,  but it feels cheap, hence the price.

Cheap, but it hasn't collapsed

Too heavy for someone my age. I bought a fiberglass ladder and returned it to purchase aluminum that was a few feet taller. I wish I wouldn't have as the fiberglass was lighter. It's not easy for a single older person to carry it.
