Very easy to put together and use. Heats up right away and glides easily across the floors. Attachments easy to use, gets odors out of furniture and cleans wood and tile better than a mop. With two boys and two dogs, mopping didn't cut it. This works so well that our socks aren't dirty from walking in the floor.

This is the best machine that I have used. It steams very quickly and very hot. I have used it mainly on the scrub setting. I have not used the accessories kit yet. I have 7-year-old porcelain tile that hasn't looked good the last few years. This was the 3rd machine that I bought to try and keep it clean. I even tried putting a wax type coating on it to make it shine. That just yellowed and the floor still looked dirty. I got this steamer and used it everyday for 2 weeks doing a portion of the house each day, to try and get the coating off of the floor. I was able to get most of it off with the steamer and then used an oxicleaner with a brush and finally I was able to get all the coating off.  I use my steamer at least once a week and my floors look like new again. Recently I used my scrubbing machine (It puts down solution and then it sucks it up into another container) with an oxiclean solution to see if it would make a difference. I then went over the floor immediately with a new pad on my steamer and could not believe the dirt on the new pad. This steamer will get off dirt that you didn't know that you had.  I do use distilled water, although I don't think that you have to. I did not want any mineral buildup in the machine to cause it to not work efficiently. I do wash the pads by hand with a liquid soap and let them air dry.

This machine is wonderful and so easy to use.

Great way to clean ur floors.  Lite weight glides really happy I got it and it arrived ahead of time.  Floors came out clean and sanitized.

I absolutely love this product. It's easy to use and cleans so well. My floors have never looked better. There are so many ways to use it and I like how clean things look and feel afterwards. I absolutely would tell anyone that has a floor to buy this product. It's a life saver and so convenient.

I just wished I ordered more cleaning pads.

I like this steamer.  It replaced another brand that quit working.  I like to be able to use the different attachments for above the floor and the mop attachment.  It does provide a lot of steam on the highest setting and takes about 10 mins. for the floor to dry.  The only problem, is when using the attachments for above the floor cleaning.  You have to hang it on your shoulder which is a little awkward.   You also have to have it in proper position for the water to get to the attachment.  All in all, I like this device.  I hope it continues to work.  All the steamers I have used before this one, have quit.   I use regular tap water in it.

A great, lightweight steamer.

I love this mop. It works well, and it only uses water. The only thing I don't like is the cord. It gets in the way and makes it hard for to keep off the wet floors after they are cleaned. Other than that, it's perfect.

I love that it steam but it leaves a lot of water on the floor. When it is dry and I walk on the floor my feet and socks is gets dirty.
