[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switch between this and another product to define my curls, but this will ALWAYS be a staple. It defines my curls and also keeps my hair moisturized for some reason. I have had issues, in the past, with white flakes at times. I still recommend this product and will continue to use it as long as it's sold. My daughter doesn't like it for her hair. I guess it all depends on how well your hair tolerates it.  For me, 10/10.

He has been using this product for years and was disappointed when the shelf was empty.  So he must like the product and will not settle for anything else (because I tried).

It does what it claims to do. It moisturizes my hair.

I love this product!  It really makes my curls pop!  I have 4c coily hair with super shrinkage, and have tried too many gels to count to make my curls fall loosely.  This is the only gel that loosens my coils.  My hair is shiny and full of bounce when I apply Luster's S Curl gel to it.  I absolutely LOVE it!

I use this on my wash and go and the curl definition is amazing in combination with a small amount of wet line gel.

Great for wash and go

It works ok for a gel… I was hoping for something that would enhance a pixie cut… it probably helps some, but I had to get creative to make my hair to separate and give body to the different strands. The reviews were so good, that I purchased this even though I already had 3 of other brands that were not stiff enough for the look I was going for, pixie type strand definition.

It's really sticky for my hair it's feels weird in my hair as well

awful. Makes you hair draw up into really tight hard little curls; makes you look like you are going bald your scalp will be unnaturally visible and hair hard and impossible to comb. Not recommended.
