For the price I wasn't expecting startling sound quality but wasn't expecting it to be that bad either.  The system however has continuous hiss even at no volume or any cables attached or mics turned on. Bass and loudness isn't much either and it starts sounding like a torn drum at higher volumes. It does have a lot of input options for mics, audio and music equipment and the wireless mics are good. However in my honest opinion at $169 this speaker has an equivalent sound quality and features I have seen in $110 karaoke speakers.
