it fit and seal perfectly exactly what I need with a great price. the screws are included,  and they are pretty  good quality. installation was very easy, just follow the directions, have the right tools and we can do it ourselves without professional help.

Great sturdy quality, we used this to cover a gap under a door that leads to our backyard.  This was super easy to install, it comes with screws and instructions.  It is low profile so I'm not worried about anyone tripping or stumbling over it.  Very pleased, looks like this will not wear out anytime soon.

The threshold is made heavy duty aluminum with a durable rubber seal.  It's not at all flimsy.  Installation is pretty straight forward.  The hardest part was inserting the rubber seal, but overall, it wasn't too difficult.  It comes with the required hardware.  I'm curious to see how it holds up over time, though it seems as if it will do well.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I bought the M-D 08151 72-INCH ALUMINUM LOW THRESHOLD W/V. You can use this to replace an existing threshold or for new door installation. You can also use it on multiple surfaces, but you'll need lead or plastic anchors for concrete. Otherwise, it comes with 6 fasteners for installation. The instructions are clear and separated for different types of installation. There are three diagrams showing you how to install. It also includes pictures of the tools required for installation. Make sure you use the right blade for cutting aluminum. It's long enough to use for two regular doors. The aluminum and the vinyl seal is pretty durable. Installing the rubber seal into the metal bracket according to the instructions is nearly impossible. It says to align edges in the two channels and then push down. It is much easier to feed the seal at the end and slowly slide the seal down the metal.

This is a 72" long metal door threshold with rubber weatherstripping across the bottom. I'm using this to replace a rotted out wood threshold in the garage, but would definitely be a nice quality product to use for a main entrance to your home as well. While the threshold is slightly different than what I had in mind based on the product description, it will do the job!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.  I was really excited to give this threshold a try for our motorcycle garage.  We really liked the rubber feet underneath each side of the threshold and the vinyl insert in the center.  The only thing that I didn't like was having to install the center inset myself. This was a very daunting process.  I would have preferred to have this pre installed for me. It was a nice fit for the job, but required a bit of extra work.
