Can be smooth, but may have alignment issues.

Really happy with this scooter! The build feels solid, it rides smoothly, and the bigger wheels make it much quieter than others we've tried. Easy to fold and adjust, which is super convenient. My daughter loves it, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Smooth Ride and Great Quality

Easy to put together (with provided allen keys) and son enjoys riding it. Mom win! He is 9 and it is a good size for him now and the handle bar can extend as he grows. He says it's a lot fun on smooth pavement like a parking lot but too bumpy on the sidewalk. The wheels are big but hard rubber. The deck has a gritty texture for grip. Overall a great find at Walmart and a great purchase on sale!

I bought this Scooter for my daughter and it is one of the amazing scooters. No problems with it and it can go very fast too. My child who is 7 years old and she enjoys it very much.

Great big wheel scooter

Smooth working scooter. Love how it can be used for kids and adults. Bought it for my little bro but I love to use it as well! Kickstand is kind of short, sometimes works sometimes doesn't. There wasn't a clear instruction as to how to assemble the handle to the board but I'm sure you can figure it out and research on the internet if necessary.
