I ordered 8 balls at the same time and the dye lots was different on 2.  Even though all the numbers in the wraps were allvgge same. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I had the same issue as another customer.

I initially ordered 6 balls of yarn (3 packs of 2) but the dye hue did not match what was on the website for 4 of the 6 balls. I was looking for the deep blue hue that was shown on the website but 4 of the 6 balls had a very faded hue that did not match what was shown on the website.

I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and decided to order another 2-pack hoping for the darker hue that's shown however upon receiving my package today, the hue was once again the very faded hue that I do not want.
