Was honestly worried $40 for a fan wouldn't be worth it but was needing something that would come that day and bought it anyway. Totally worth the price. But it's short. You'll need a table or something for sure to put it on. It is a bit noisy but hasn't kept me awake.

Worth the price

Nice little extra fan for our guest bathroom.  Very light weight and super easy to move to any room you need extra air.

It does have one odd quirk.  When you turn the fan to “0” or the off position, the airflow stops but the unit continues to silently oscillate….without any air blowing through it.  

To stop the unnecessary oscillation, just press the oscillation button to pop it to the up position.  

Not a dealbreaker but imo, there is ZERO reason for the fan to oscillate without air so the “0” or off position should shut off the entire unit.

I was very surprised and pleased with this fan once I pulled it out of the box.  I wasn't totally sure when deciding whether to purchase it or another model but was very glad once I got it and confirmed its greatness.  It's got so many great vents, grates and more that only add and enhance to its overall appeal.  I'm really loving having it, looking at it, using it and all that it has to offer.  It's very quiet, just about silent on all modes and blows pretty good air.  It's very easy to put together out of the box and you'll be up and running in no time.  All you need to know is that the main, white screw, on the bottom, is already on the machine so just unscrew it and follow the instructions.  The instructions state that it comes with the screw but it isn't in a package by itself, it's on the machine, probably to save space.  So, just be patient, do what I tell you and you'll have zero problems.  And you'll be enjoying this fan as much as I'm from day to day.

A sports car of a fan.

Perfect for circulating air in our room at night. Provides a great amount of white noise for sleeping, not too loud but loud enough to drown out road noise by our house. Our room tends to get a lot warmer than the rest of the house at night, and this has been helping so much to keep us cool!

Great Quality

Quiet fan for a reasonable price. Well made, relatively strong plastic. Note: rotation switch is completely independent of fan switch (unit will rotate with no air blowing if rotate button is pushed) This is not a problem for us and a small inconvenience given the low cost of this fan.

Quiet with good air flow

This is the best fan for cooling a mid size room. I've already purchased two and will definitely be purchasing another one. The different settings and the oscillating option provide a nice variety of cooling options. The fan is easy to assemble, clean, move and use. It's lightweight enough to move yet, very sturdy. Plus, you can't beat the value.

A must have fan!

I bought this oscillating fan to help me sleep at night. I didn't want to go cheap but not expensive either.  This turned out to better than I expected. I'll pleased with the quality. It has great air flow and I love that it came in white. I would definitely recommend.

It's a nice enough little fan, but as others have noted it runs at a very low speed when switched to Off IF you have the oscillation function turned on. In order to switch it completely off one must also turn off the oscillation switch. It doesn't say this in the instruction pamphlet so it seems like it must be a case of poor engineering, or maybe poor quality control if not all of them do this. I'd already pitched the box into the garbage can before discovering this so I'll keep the thing, but not happily.

An odd contraption.

These fans are obviously sitting in a warehouse full of mold somewhere.  All of the boxes smelled like mold.  I ordered three of these fans and was able to salvage two of them after throwing the boxes away and airing them out.  Unfortunately, one of the fans smelled my whole house up like mold and I could not save it or return it because I had thrown away the box.

Smells Like MOLD!!!!

It's not as good as the one I replaced with it. You have to be pretty close to it to feel any air movement. Even after turning off, it'll still oscillate. You have to make sure you stop it before you turn it off. Not worth the money, even on sale. Was easy to assemble so I gave it a 1 star.
