Excellent product, sturdy and easy to install. It is light and does not take much space too, enabling its usage in small spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Provides lots of room for items to dry.

Perfect

Our 13 year old dryer was unexpectedly pooched by a power surge. I want to take time to research its replacement. I have wanted an outdoor clothes drying apparatus anyway for a long time for some items and am happy we chose this one. It comes all set to use and is light and easy for this senior to take out and bring in the house. I give it 4 stars because it could have a warning to be careful to not pinch ones fingers whilst clipping the support clips on - almost did! I weigh it down with two bricks because our winds can get high in a hurry. It needs no assembly and once I relearn the art of hanging out laundry,  i know I am going to love it.
To the person who inadvertently bought one with dents, try a clear and non-judgmental email/letter with your excellent photos, to both the manufacturer and Walmart- Customer Service departments. I am convinced you will receive a store credit at least because they want to maintain quality control. 
Now to research the best dryer for our nasty winters...

Comes assembled!

I recently purchased this product online with much excitement, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to find that the item was poorly packaged, resulting in significant dents and bends.
The packaging appeared flimsy and insufficient to protect the item during transit. 
I understand that accidents can happen during shipping, but proper packaging is essential to prevent such damages.
I hope the company takes note of this feedback and improves their packaging practices to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Packaging Fail: Product Arrives Dented and Bent

I purchased this rack yesterday from in store here at my local Walmart . I originally wanted the white less expensive one but they didnt have it in stock so I went with this more expensive stainless steel one. When I opened it up at home I noticed a bunch of huge DENTS on the top of the bars ( see in pictures)! 

And now with walmart's no return policy on opened packages due to the covid19, we as consumers are waiting in long lines to go inside and then stuck with defective products. This is not right. I am hoping to be reimbursed and able to get an exchange as I paid full price for this drying rack and I don't want to have to throw it out once it breaks due to no fault of my own.
