Mancera Red Tobacco is a new release from Mancera Parfums, which was founded in 2008 by Pierre Montale. In 2017, his daughter Amelie Montale took over as Creative Director. and  in September of 2017, Mancera Red Tobacco  debuted. It has been a huge hit and many retailers are out of stock. Sometimes a fragrance achieves a cult following  from the onset and that seems to be the case with Mancera Red Tobacco. According to  the Mancera site, it is classified as an Oud fragrance. However, Oud takes a supporting role to the very rich, heady tobacco note that is enveloped in cloud of spicy amber. Mancera Red Tobacco defies a typical classification and is in a class all its own. Notes: Saffron, cinnamon, incense, nutmeg, white pear, green apple, oud, patchouli, jasmine, tobacco, amber, guaiac wood, sandalwood, Haitian vetiver, Madagascar vanilla, white musk.

Smell

As it settles, the woodsy notes, particularly oud and guaiac wood, become more prominent, grounding the fragrance with an earthy, slightly animalic warmth. The musk and amber in the dry down provide a luxurious, long-lasting trail that lingers for hours, often well into the next day.
This is a fragrance that demands attention. Its projection is enormous, filling a room with its presence, and its longevity is legendary – easily 10-12  hours on skin. It's best suited for cooler weather and evening wear, making a powerful statement at social gatherings or a cozy addition to a winter night.

Not sweet or super strong,  perfect smell balance  between spicy and woody.

Beautiful

This is obviously a fake .. the one I revived won't last longer than 30 seconds .. whereas this perfume is supposed to be one of  the longest lasting ever created if original … disappointed in Walmart and seller …

It's a fake, DO NOT BUY. The moment I got the perfume I knew something was wrong. The packaging of the perfume was sloppy, the box literally has a sticker on the bottom of the box, the perfume bottle design is a little sloppy not too noticeable until you look at the bottom of the bottle It's barely legible. I don't know about other reviews but this for sure is a fake. It was a little hard to tell it was a fake because it's really similar to the real one but what sold it was the bottom of the perfume bottle and how sloppy it was. Please do not buy.

Was a fake bottle, didn't smell like the sample vile I had purchased before buying this, Mancera label was crooked and off centered, atomizer was broken and leaking, DONT BUY FROM "sholak fragrances LLC"
