I don't understand why other guests put 1 or 2 stars. I have tension in my neck and shoulder. It is the first pillow I sleep with without feeling the tension. I can put my arm under the pillow and my head on top without pressure

I am in love with this pillow!!! - Oh, my God.

Very nice pillows.  When I first unpacked them I was worried but after a day they plump up to full form.  They are heavy and comfortable.  Wish they were a bit thicker still but they are  good quality and worth it.

Finally, some relief! These are very comfortable and have made a huge difference for my back pain. If you struggle with soreness, these are worth every penny

Comfortable pillows!

I tried it and slept well and rested well. Not too hard, not too soft, that's what I wanted.

Received today.  Dimensions as described BUT this pillow is about 3inches thick at best without insert.  Insert is just some kind of cheap stuff foam.  Looks to have multiple defects in the foam.  Cover is as described with one side cooling n other of bamboo or poly/rayon..  This is more of a thinner queen size memory foam pillow leaning on the softer but yet supportive side.  I may order another to see if I get a better quality pillow. Otherwise I'm not sure this one is a keeper.
Also no odor in my opinion.

great support and not to hot nice cooling pillow

This pillow STINKS.  I thought after letting it air for a week it would get better but it hasn't.  I have even put 2 pillow cases on it and you can still smell it.  It hasn't really helped with my neck hurting at night either.

When I first  started using this pillow, I thought it was great. After using it for two weeks, I started to have neck and shoulder pain. Not the right pillow for me.
