I have had one of the models for a couple of years now. I ordered this same one as a backup. I put it on my face to help my sinuses to drain. I use it on my back and my jaw. I seem to have a BUNCH of injuries (because I use this EVERY DAY! The weights in this keep everything in place, too!

Where has this thing been all of my life?  I don't suffer from chronic back pain; more of an occasional problem.   The heat and vibration on this thing are so relaxing,  I fell asleep on the couch (which I never do).  Two thumbs way up..and my FSA paid for it.

I got this when i was in alot of pain at 830pm on a friday night, it made my back IMMENSELY! I had been to the chiropractor 2 times that week and i was so sore! My ONLY complaint is that the message feature doesnt last very long without having to restart it.

It's ok but for as much as it cost you should be able to set the auto shut off time for longer than 2 hours I don't like the fact its pre set to 2 hours I also dont like the fact that when you're using the massage settings it shuts off in about 15-20 minutes I believe it should run for as long as you want it to...again for how expensive it was you shouldn't have to restart the heat setting after 2 hours and you shouldn't have to restart the massage setting after about 15 minutes both are extremely too short of time periods because depending on pain level I knkw at least for me I want it to stay on for much longer than it does...the old version was better in my opinion you at least had the option to set it to auto shut off in I hours or have it run for 24 hours so I don't like the fact that it costs more and runs for less time in reality your paying more and getting less I feel like the main selling point was the fact that it has 6 massage settings vs 3 massage settings on the older version if I could've found the older version I honestly would've chose it instead of this new "improved" version which is worse in my opinion because your paying more for less run time and simply because it has 3 more massage settings which you can barely tell a difference between the last 3 settings

This package received a 3/5 stars (mid-grade) because the picture is misleading and I would even consider it to be false advertising. 

In reality, the surface area of the heating pad is that of a medium sized pillow. Good enough for targeted therapy. 

The heating pad gets dangerously hot, and started to burn during use one day. We shut it off before damage could be done, but that is something to keep in mind.

Smaller Than The Seller Claims

I liked the product while it lasted. It felt wonderful for my aches and pains. Purchased it February of this year 2022 and it doesn't work now, only worked for 8 months and I take great care of my stuff. I hated spending that much on it, but figured it would be worth it, but it's not. My mom bought one as well and it lasted 3 months. That's the reason for the two stars.

Not worth the money, doesn't last very long.

Cheap and not worth it the massage part is a joke literally 2 large cylinders that don't massage anything was hoping with brand name it would be amazing but do not recommend waste of money and it seemed used

It was not worth what it cost. Also it does not massage it only vibrates and has 2 big pieces inside of it which I assume r for the vibration that r Very hard and uncomfortable

Those who commented that their heating pad was lukewarm were lucky — mine was room temp at best after having it on high heat for over 30 minutes!  As others have said, the lowest setting on my old heating pad was much warmer than this.  It's no where near the 136 degrees that they claim.  Will be returning and looking for a different brand.

Waste of money - doesn't heat ip

1 star is too much. Received as gift in mid December 2020. Used off and on for about 3 weeks. Now doesn't turn on. So now I have a worthless 60.00 gift and still have back pain. I can't lay on stomach more than a few minutes to surgical issues, so would lay on it in bed. If you can't lay on it for pain relief, it's useless for back pain.
