Cover is heavy duty and fits perfectly.  I had a Masterbuilt cover years ago for my MES30 and was disappointed in the material so I purchased an aftermarket cover for my MES40.  I was hoping this 560 cover would be better and it is fantastic.  Highly recommended.

I bought this grill cover and when I received it I was very happy with it. The construction was very heavy material and when it rained on it the rain just beaded up and rolled off.

Gravity feed smoker grill Cover

I started out many years ago only using a W**** smoker and it was very adequate for the amount of smoking I did.  Later on I discovered pellet smokers and I just had to have one.  I mean, I thought this would be the ultimate in the Set it and Forget it smokers.  I was satisfied with the pellet smoker to a point.  However it was still missing something in the flavor it produced.  When I first saw the Masterbuilt Gravity 560 I was kind of skeptical as to how well it would work.  I liked the idea of the charcoal being gravity fed and all but wasn't quite ready to take the plunge and purchase one.  Then one day on YouTube I saw a video of the 560 with the addition of a rotisserie and that sold me!  I ordered my Masterbuilt 560 and after assembling the unit did the recommended burn-in.  All I can say now is WOW!  That flavor that I was missing with the pellet smoker was now in my ribs, steaks and anything else that I cook on the 560.  I love the idea of being able to stack hickory chips within the charcoal to add the hickory smoked flavor.  Needless to say, I have sold my W***** and my pellet smoker.  Not only do you get a wonderful smoked flavor with the 560 but you also are able to conserve on charcoal as it only uses what it needs.  After you shut the unit down the remaining hot coals burn out and you don't waste charcoal.  I must add, that the cover is top notch high grade material that fits great.  I haven't tried out the rotisserie yet but that is next for some Peruvian chicken.  If you're looking for the best of both worlds get the Masterbuilt 560 you won't regret it.  Bang for the buck it's the best deal in town!  Oh yes, did I mention after you smoke your steak at 250 degrees, you can turn up this baby to 700 degrees and sear them to perfection!

The Best of All Smokers

No problems with the cover.  Stayed on grill even in an ice storm.  Seems to be thick and of good material.

Wow - I have had two Pellet grills prior - both good brands, but nothing compared to how easy this grill is to use and how quick it gets to temperature.  I did a 10 lb. brisket as my first cook.  Marinated it overnight, put it on early next morning for about 10 hours at 220 degrees.  Melt in your mouth results.  Then did a whole chicken, and the grill went from the outside temperature of 49 degrees F to 350 F in 3 minutes once fan turned on.  That would have took 20 minutes on a pellet grill.  I am using lump charcoal at present.  The Wifi is really easy to set up and use as well.

Best Grill I have owned - By Far

I recommend a propane torch for easy lighting. The app on my phone for setting time and temperature with alerts is a game changer. With temperature probe to monitor the internal meat temperature on your phone all the guess work on grilling is gone. Have used this smoker several times a week since I got it and can't wait to use it again and again. I love this thing more than my new truck. Lots of YouTube's to watch on various meats and cooks.

So far it has been wonderful

I bought this grill after researching pellet grills and thinking I like the use of charcoal better. I also wanted an easier option for long smokes than my modified offset smoker. It would be hard for me to be more pleased. Works flawlessly and set up is extremely easy. Ash elimination is easy as well. If I have any gripes, they are minor. Actual temps appear to be higher than the digital read out, and the external temperature dial is terrible. Actually, Masterbuilt should be embarrassed to even put it on their grill. There isn't even a number on it-just ranges of temps.

Gravity Series 800

I reviewed several different smoker options and decided on this gravity series smoker. Absolutely the right choice. Smoking food has never been easier and produced such great tasting food. I am loving it.

Absolutely wonderful smoker

This is a good buy, it works as described. The fan controls heat better than I expected. Temperature monitoring ( which also controls the fan sped) is excellent. The gravity charcoal system seems to use charcoal very efficiently. I truly enjoy using both as a smoker and a grill. The heat control is especially good at maintaining the steady, lower heat you need for slow smoking. I also like using the app for monitoring cooking...it's really nice to be able to leave the grill for as long as I need to.
The things I don't like: some of the materials seem a bit flimsy. I am concerned about how long the clamps on the top hatch of the charcoal bin and the one on the lower hatch are going to last. They are pretty rinky-dink and, well, cheap. But so far they've worked fine.

Works as advertised.

Received the grill, new in box, missing the grates and griddle. Had to wait a painstaking month for them to re-stock, but once they were, customer service got them to me exceptionally fast. Since then, I have cooked several times on the grill and have loved every second of it. Maintains temp very well, super easy to use, cooks beautifully. The app is very, very finicky, but works! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the grill.

So far, so good (once I received all of the parts)

Less than a year of owning and it's faded and tie has already torn. It's on a covered patio and right next to our black stone, funny enough that cover still looks new and it's 3 years old. Masterbuilt says it's not covered under their 1 year warranty even though the website says it warrants “all of its products to be free from defects for a year”.

Don't buy.
