Not at all what is advertised. It is just a plastic bag with some gel in it. NO protective cover sleeve as shown in picture. Came in  a brown padded envelope. No original packaging.  Very dissatisfied! Would like my money back OR send the product that is advertised!

I was expecting an ice pack that was movable, but this is just a hard piece of ice.  An ice cube in a baggie would work as well.

Don't recommend

It tends to freeze hard and not real soft when you take it out of the freezer.
