I bought this brush thinking okay cool it's something new. I was wrong it had hair in the brush and a strand of hair in the box clearly not mine. I did plug it in to see if it works. Yes it turns on but the numbers on it jump from like 345 to 355 I'm like what happened to 350 degree setting on here.   On top of that when I did turn it on it had a bad smell from what ever the product was that the person used in their hair.  I don't think I send this item back seeing we they may just try to resell it and I would hate for someone else to get the one I got and waste money on an item you would think should be new. 
I have contacted the seller and was sent an automatic email that someone will be with me with in 48 hours.  
No matter how you look at it this is so disgusting that you would sell an item for almost $30 no even saying it could be use. You wrap it as if it was never opened in the first place.  Items like that should be tossed or at least 100% cleaned and sanitized at the very least before you repackage it so the person wouldn't know it was pre owned.  

I will say this item is light weight and seems like it might do a good job.  But I couldn't tell you as I don't want to run this through my hair with it being very unsanitary.
