I had been seeing ads for this product all over social media but was hesitant to buy it due to being scammed by other sites similar over the years. I ended up ordering it. I’ve only tested it for a few minutes so far but I’m happy with my purchase. The remote to turn it on took a minute to figure out. I did about 2 minutes on level one and it was powerful. After the 2 minutes I did click up just to see some of the higher levels. All in all I definitely recommend this vibration plate if you’re looking for one. Also the screen is big and visible so it’s easy to see.

This gives me a complete body workout especially on auto mode. It's taking some getting used to because my balance is bad as it is, but we put it behind our couch to have something to stabilize us until we gain our balance on it. We've found that if you bend your knees slightly and relax as best as you can it makes balancing a little easier. We have not tried planks on it yet but that is next. Hubby and I are loving it.

Good beginner workout

I bought this one for home. I have a different brand for work. I like this one so much better. The vibrations are smoother and the surface is nice. Well made. The only thing I don’t like is that it depends on remote so I’m careful not to loose it.

Great vibration plate

Came in quickly and use it daily! Also was priced really well!  Would recommend to anyone on the market for one!

This product really helps me throughout my day. I have peripheral  E.  in the lower extremities and it helps it a great machine.

It does what it's supposed to.

this is an ok beginner starter plate.  Very  basic. The instruction manual is not helpful if you need advice on how to use or the benefits of use as a beginner.

It was a good deal I thought it would be more powerful but just standard. 
Im happy I got it on sale so I feel I paid the right amount if I had paid full price, I would have been disappointed

Good for Price

Remote interferes with TV. I bought it to use with weightlifting to promote bone density. I won’t know if it is helping for two years.  I would prefer 30 hertz vibration. This only goes to 11 or 12.

I'm 360lbs, this product does just enough. 
It doesn't go to fast, at max power your thinking to yourself is that it!!!

It's Ok

i purchased this December 2025. It is shorting out June 2026. I really liked it until this week. I was using and it quit after 2 minutes.  Now it won't run.
