[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking HMB for many years. This is one of the best supplements you can take. I have tried many different brands over the years and Met-Rx is by far the best. This is the real stuff. Even companies that claim to have the same dosage and quality do not.

This is the supplement they add to Ensure drinks, and it does just what it says!  I use it every day because of my age with the risk of muscle wasting and because after I've mowed the lawn or sweated through some project, I always bounce back with no aches and pains!

Good product to have on hand

This is a great product from a reputable manufacturer in the health and wellness industry. Great price and fast shipment. Plus, these are capsule and not caplet. So much easier to swallow.

NOT VERY EFFECTIVE

Not  to sure if its doing anything, haven't taken it long enough, only used for a couple of weeks. Using it for muscle support, instead of using BCAAs.

Capsules are too big to swallow. Useless‼️
