My daughter had requested one of these things and I was skeptical.  Finally gave it, and purchased one.  She spent about 45 minutes or so off of her phone to do this activity.  It's worth every penny in my opinion as it took her off electronics.  She has done so many at this point, I purchase whenever I can find them on special.

These are always so cute to throw in with a gift for a teenager or even an adult! This one in particular makes an actual real makeup product! So cute! Gives kids something a little activity to do other than sit on their phones!! Love it!!

Gift for our 9 year old granddaughter who is into mini verse and make up.  Mini verse are miniature replicas of things in life put together using resin.  So glad Walmart had the mini make up one. Make up is not real.  I am sorry that she didn't send me a picture of the set upon completion.  Mini verse has many different series types.  Seems to be for approximate ages 8 to 11.
Things I did not know until recently.  Resin can release fumes.  Use in well ventilated area with caution. These kits require UV rays/light to cure.  So, you will either need a really sunny day or UV lamp or flashlight  or UV light used with gel nails.  Light does not come with kit.  It takes approximately 30 seconds under UV to cure.

Need UV rays/light to complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute! Definitely a little more difficult to make the product than suggested. And got two of the same when buying multiples but that can't be controlled. Daughter loves the product she gives it a 10/10!! Would purchase again in hopes to get a different product!

These were fun to make, I highly recommend getting a uv light if you plan on making them frequently though as using ‘the sun' took forever

The mini my daughter received was the lip stain. The stand with drawer is cute, and the bottles are adorable.
Unfortunately, when beginning the recipe, I began to see flaws.  First, the bottles are plastic that don't bounce back when squeezing them. They are hard to squeeze and get out product.

Next, when trying to fill the bottles up, it was extremely tedious for me to even do using the squeezer they provide.
This was supposed to be something my daughter could do on her own, but I ended up doing most of it. 

She was happy at the end, but I personally would have preferred one of the other options.  The berry lip stain color was ok, but she mentioned she felt her lips "getting bigger". I was starting to wonder if there was something in it she might be allergic to (and currently, we know of no allergies).

Overall, I would be hesitant to buy or recommend. I think I MAY want to try again if I thought we would get something else, but you don't know. So I think I would get again if the product got improved or if it ended up on sale.

Cute but With Several Flaws

Too tedious and the girls gave up and I had to finish it or throw it  away.  And it's messy.  We live the other miniverse foods but getting the goo into makeup containers was not easy.

I bought one of these for me and my 11yo daughter to do together. We received the red eyeshadow. We thought how fun! We started making it and the instructions say to mix the oil with the powder. It made a huge mess. We couldn't get it out of the bowl, into the space and then it was too wet to stamp. We are hoping that it will dry a little and we can stamp it still, but it looks like a mess. Did we do it wrong? The instructions were just vague.
