Much larger than it looks.  Too big for me as I'm a small person.  I sent several messages about returning and no one ever answered.  I will not be buying from this site again.

How can someone rate this low saying it was too big for them, when not only does the description give the dimensions,  but there is a picture of someone with it on their back?!   It's not the company's fault you didn't graduate 1st grade and don't know how to use a ruler!  The product is 5 stars.   Go back to school!
