My husband is recovering from a stroke, so showers sitting in a shower chair.  My daughter is not quite 5' tall, and I am 5'6". I bought this shower head because it is supposed to be adjustable to different angles which would help since my family are all effectively showering at different heights.  Unfortunately, this shower head droops whenever it's barely down from vertical.  I'm definitley disappointed.

Shower Head doesn't hold it's position

Have had Moen handheld shower in one of the bathrooms for approximately 4 years. Professionally installed by plumber during bathroom reno.   LOTS of plastic!!  Within 1 year, the clampy thing holding the adjustable height spray fixture around the vertical post quit working effectively, and would slide down overnight.  It would bottom out at the lower bracket.  A type of plastic/rubber grommet inside the adjustment failed.  Not really a fix for it, I can continue to see it failing again, had it been replaced. so...I just tightened a couple of white zip ties around the vertical post below the adjusting bracket to keep the showerhead from sliding down.  And now, most recently, the hose blew apart near the shower head, so totally unusable.  Be advised, the thread depth on Moen flex hoses are shorter than other manufacturers, so replacing just the hose is not the easy fix, it will leak from fitting, because it cannot be tightened up to the gasket...on either end of hose.  Disappointed with this product, Moen.

poor quality

This is by far the nicest shower head I've purchased, in fact it's my second one. It's great for when you share a shower with someone taller or shorter. It's so easy to adjust the height to what you need and the hose is super flexible.

Love this Showerhead

My family purchased an older home 10 years ago. There were a variety of fixtures and hardware throughout the home. Many of the plumbing fixtures were crumbling/in bad shape, except one. The only fixture in the home with a Moen brand was the only one in nearly new condition. Since then we've only purchased Moen products and have never had any issues. We recently purchased a Moen shower wand and had a slider bar break after a few months. All it took was a quick email to Moen and without any hassle or questions, a new slider was in the mail. If that's not perfect customer service, I don't know what is. They stand behind their products 100%. I'll be a customer for life.

Handshower 3669EP

Beautiful feature in my recently updated shower. I love this shower head on the slide bar. Installed along with Eva handle.

The perfect shower head set up

It's only been in operation 2 days, so limited data.  I like the spray options and the appearance.  Height and angle of spray adjust easily.  Completely satisfied so far.

All that I hoped for

Replaced rain head and this one work great. Moen has always been the best and has a great warranty.

Excellent Slide Bar

Replaced an existing Moen unit with this upgrade.  This assembly is a much more durable product!!

A quality installation

Wish the shower head could pivot, vs. being fixed.

Looks very nice.  Easy to install.
