Ease Of Installation

This dispenser was easy to install, is sturdy, has large capacity and is a classy touch to our kitchen sink area.  You must use a true liquid soap, as foaming soap uses another type of dispenser.

I purchased the oil rubbed bronze Moen faucet and soap dispenser for my new kitchen,   I was disappointed to see that the color of the soap dispenser is a much lighter shade of brown than the faucet.  I expected them to match, but they certainly do not.

We bought our new kitchen fixture. About a month ago and the soap dispenser never worked. 2-person adult household. Can't find a replacement in oil rubbed bronze. It's ridiculous having to search high and low for a new dispenser. And the replacement cost is stupid.

Installed in a new house. After several years it stopped "pumping" soap. I purchased an entire new unit, and find out the cabinet configuration does not allow me access to replace the old pump. So now I have an unusable eyesore on my countertop. geez Moen - you could have manufactured something that would have lasted a bit longer!!!!

THE STEM IS WAY TOO SHORT, SO THE SOAP DRIPS DOWN THE SIDE OF THE SINK INSTEAD OF INTO THE SINK AND THE SOAP COMES OUT VERY SLOW, NOT ENOUGH PUMP STRENGTH ACTION

TERRIBLE SOAP DISPENSER

This was installed in our new home. It was not our choice. It doesn't work very well. Also a washer broke, so given a chance, water on the counter leaks though to the cabinet under the sink. Good luck trying to find a washer that works. And, when I called MOEN I had to wait a week to get a call back. A week!
