Looked for a month for a new look for our master bedroom.  One requirement was ==must have red.  This ensemble fit the bill.  Don't use the comforter for warmth, only decorative.  It is light on my husband's feet when it's turned down at night.

I bought this comforter with pillows, shams and bed skirt.  It is really pretty.  Colors are pretty true. The shams are a bit different in the shade of rust than the comforter but looks great.  Good quality.

The pillow cases are high quality and fit my pillows perfectly. Everything is true to size. I love the pillows that it came with, they really pull everything together. The white really sets the tone in my bedroom and makes it look so modern and clean. It fits my bed perfect also and it doesn't make me hot at night. The only thing I didn't like is this set had stains on it fresh out the package.

I used it for my guest bedroom twice and each time I got compliments on its comfort. It a perfect size for a queen bed. Washed this set twice so far and it's had held up ok. After the second wash, I started to see little fuzz on the comforter and a bit of threading coming out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Monroe 7 piece comforter set in navy blue. I have a queen size bed and it fit perfectly. The comforter is soft and the design is pretty. I do wish it came with sheets though. It would be a 5 if it came with sheets.

Yes, this comforter is beautiful when first taken out of the bag. I've had many good comments on it. However, it's for looks only...don't dare use it!  I've had mine for six months now, and washed it twice on a cold, gentle cycle.  Now it looks absolutely terrible! Very poor quality. The embroidery is unraveling, the seams are ripping, and it's terribly wrinkled! I've  attached pictures of what mine now looks like. PLEASE look before you buy!
