I just used it a few days before. It should be working fine if you follow the instruction. But I have not trid yet if it is water resist or not.

I just bought these labels to put on my daughters clothes and they don't stick well...I followed all the steps and even watched a you tube video...they wouldn't stick to her clothes for the life of me maybe i wasn't doing it right but it's not rocket science..disappointing..

They don't stick to clothes properly, they melt to the parchment paper you use to cover them when ironing. Instructions are very misleading. It says to use iron at high heat for 50-60 seconds. I finally got mine working okay at medium heat for 5 seconds and let cool for 5-10 seconds. Otherwise they melt too much and stick to parchement paper when you pull it away. I have wasted many discovering this.
