I love this wagon! Its easy to open and close and  pulls relatively easily on fine sand. I had someone push gently from behind to keep the momentum. It works well on standard terrain also. We had it loaded down pretty well with large umbrellas, chairs, coolers and tote bags and we made it so our spot in the sand. My Dad said I was operating like a beach pro with the way I was able to unload from the trunk, pack it all in the wagon and unload on the beach!  I was unable to obtain this specific wagon quickly via other shopping sites, but I scoured the internet and found that Walmart.com had it available immediately instead of the 30-60 day availability of the other sites. Walmart came thru with comparable pricing and 2 day delivery!!

The cart moves very well over sand.  The only thing is when you take it down to put in the car the wheels will move.

Nice beachcomber

This is a great beach cart that I used to get over a sizable dune with our chairs, umbrella, and sand toys.  It folds up compactly to fit in my closet.  Wheels are nice and big to assist in pulling it over the sand.

We go to the beach a lot. And this is the best beach cart I've ever found. Easy to clean Glides through loose sand like nothing it's awesome if you take stuff to the beach coolers Etc sunshade , boogie board.   This is what you need.  Built well

Recommended by Wirecutter and after checking out reviews of a myriad of carts on Amazon etc, this indeed was the one!  No assembly, sturdy, great wheel and handle design.

Just perfect

This wagon did an awesome job of carrying large beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 2 folding outdoor chairs, 2 boogie boards, 3 sand buckets, 4 beach towels and beach mat.

We used it on the soft white sand of Fort Walton Beach the height of the wagon kept everything dry when riding on area with water and rolling on sand.

Great beach purchase!

We bought this for our condo in Florida to haul stuff to and from the car (groceries, "stuff" in general) because our condo's HOA doesn't provide carts. It is SO helpful. I love that it folds up easily for storage. Folding it and unfolding it takes no time. We have not taken it onto the beach yet. However, the lady working advised us that because the sand in this area is so fine, it still takes two people to "haul" the cart because the sand is so soft - nothing rolls - which won't be a big deal for us. Just to use to haul things around ,not on the beach, this is GREAT.

We bought this for our family's vacation at the beach. Our hotel was 5 blocks from the beach and we had a lot to tote to the beach, with 5 adults and 2 grandchildren. It is sturdy, roomy and steers very well. On the beach, it rolled well with the large wheels, although it took one person pulling, another pushing, to get through the soft sand. This wagon was a life saver and we were able to carry chairs, towels, small ice chest, boogie boards, 3 beach bags. . .all in one wagon! We will get a lot of use out of this wagon.

It folds to a reasonably small size, but it is large and heavy. But, that's why we got it, we needed a larger wagon. The benefits far outweigh any negatives.

Awesome wagon

Pulled very easily on sidewalks and boardwalks. A little tougher to pull in the sand, but still doable even when fully loaded. Folds up and stores really easily as well.  I'm small and I could get everything for our large family to the beach and back myself if I needed.

Good purchase.

Very sturdy. Hauled six 1.5 cu bags of garden soil two at a time over lumpy grass with little problem other than to follow instructions to tilt the weight toward back of the cart..  For smaller women, this cart feels bulky to move around until you get used to it.  Steering it backward to turn around corners of raised garden beds took a little practice but front wheel system pivots well as a unit.  It comes fully assembled and if you stand with the cart folded up with one foot on either side, it will not slip or slide. Had no difficulty placing it folded in my car trunk or against the back seat.  Nice carrying handle and adjustable pull.    Great for toting everything I need from car to a community garden a half block away ... 24 lbs. out of the box.  At 73, I had no problem lifting it.

A good buy for me

Loved the size.  But when you pull it on the sand the handle pops right out!  I'm about to drill a hole in the handle and put a bolt through it.  My sister in law bought it online. Poor design on handle.
