I purchased this for my grandsons 5th  birthday.  It was a great hit!  All his friends loved it at the party!

I liked everything  except the directions they were hard to follow, and it did not come with any stakes to fasten it to the ground. Therefore my trampoline blew away and was demolished. The grandkids are missing it so much. It was right after the one year warranty had run out. If you could do something to help me get another I would appreciate it as my grandkids would also. thanks

This isn't a "Skytric", it's false advertising. It's a bottom level Upper Bounce. Horrible trampoline.

We have had this assembled and in use for 2 months now and the welding has come apart in two separate places on the support legs.  The trampoline has collapsed as a result.  Thankfully there were no injuries but this is seriously disappointing to say the very least!  Hoping that this can be resolved with customer service.
