I am really enjoying this kit. I've bought other kits in the past and was NOT impressed at all. This kit is way better than all the other kits. There is a beading tray that makes it easy to organize the beads in the order you will string them. The tray is actually the lid to a rectangle container that you can keep things you'll need for future projects. It even has a slit in one end of the container so you can loop your string through the key chain ring, and then leave the extra string hanging through the slit. Close the lid,  line up your beads and have at it. Super easy.
I also love the patterns. They're just the right size for laying on the top. When you place the list/tray on top of the container you can easily see the pattern under the lid.

It comes with a box to store the beads which is great for organization.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Horizon Group Made by Me Create Your Own Bead Pets Kit is such a cute little set. It is not just fun for little kids. My sixteen year old couldn't wait to dive in and try his hand at a project! The kit comes with plenty of beads, several roles of cord, and keychain loops and hooks. The best part of this kit is, hands down, the carrying case. This big boxed set becomes a very small, easily storable and/or totable fun activity for kids. It has a larger compartment for beads and four smaller compartments for cords and fasteners. The lid easily fits on and stays on. The lid is the most useful tool in the entire kit. It doubles as a helpful and fun to use building guide for your project! The included patterns are easy to follow and adorable. One recommendation when putting together a project is to pull the cord as tight as possible, as it loosens up a little later. If your child is looking to make gifts for family and friends, these projects would make great little gifts! This whole kit would also be a great birthday or Christmas gift for a child.

Easily Storable/Totable Set

This is for kids who love crafts and activity projects. Bought for a gift for party for 6yr old. She was so excited she wanted to open it first. It did have different color beads that could make several different things. A lizard, lady bug, frog and other stuff.

Fun craft

My grand daughters love this. Neither have put it down since they recieved. Both made me a nice keychains. Well worth the purchase for artistic minds. It comes with instructions and some ideas for creativity. An activity even I can participate in. As a gift you can't go wrong with little minds.

This is difficult for younger kids it is better for adults and teenagers it is hard to follow and twine frays.It is hard to pull to tighten it.

This is for adults who have nothing better to do

The instructions are unclear, the QR code didn't work, the threads frayed immediately after cutting which made the beads very hard to thread, and when I finally got the beadwork done and tied off, it just turned into bead goo when I picked it up. Terrible design.

My box is completely smashed. I have never been so unhappy with a delivery until today.
