The cream color is soft and classy, and the swivel makes it easy to turn without dragging it around. It feels sturdy and well-made. Assembly was quick too. Overall, really happy with it! Easy to assemble , durable and beautiful

Wish it was a couple inches shorter.  When you swivel the chair the wood under the seat shows and the wood is not finished well.  The wood under the seat is also in the way when the chair is swiveled.
