It's nice and soft compared to some cotton blankets and it's also a little breathable so you don't get too hot.  We got the king size and it was perfect for using on our couch. A great blanket for in the house

I was very impressed with the overall comfort level of this blanket.  It is EXTREAMLY soft and also warm.   My Son keeps stealing it from the living room and using it while okaying x box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you've ever spent any time in hospitals, you'll recognize this kind of blanket.  This one in particular just feels like the much nicer version.  It's soft, not heavy, but heavy enough.  Also, it's expansive.

The liquid part maybe means it's soft? I'm not sure. It washes well and is a very pretty color yellow. I love the size. Only down fall is my ring catches on it.
