My 8 year old daughter tries to steal it from me 😆 it's been washed several times and is holding up very well. I'm 5'9 and it's the perfect size to wrap me up. Don't waste your money.  I don't find this throw to be soft at all.  It is extremely thin.  You will get better, thicker and softer throws at Costco for less money.
